ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Payment is processed at time of purchase. Upon the completion of an order an email confirmation detailing the items and shipping information will be sent to the customer. PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received a confirmation email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder and add the Stubby Tail Studio address as a contact and mark as ‘not spam’.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and correct email address in order to receive order confirmations and updates.

MODIFYING ORDER
If you realize that you made a mistake in the shipping address or email address provided with your order, please contact me immediately. As long as the order hasn’t shipped, these errors can be easily fixed. Just make sure to include your name and order number.
SHIPPING
All physical items are processed within 1-3 business days and are all shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers are issued for all physical orders once they are shipped.
At this current time Stubby Tail Studios does not sell or ship internationally, but that is subject to change if there is sufficient demand.
Stubby Tail Studios is not responsible for packages that are lost due to shipping address errors provided by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact me ASAP. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has shipped.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the current nature of the products being sold (digital items and original artwork), all sales are final and no refunds or returns can be processed.
PRIVACY POLICY
We’re a big fan of privacy here at Stubby Tail Studios, and we take your privacy seriously as well. Any personal information that we collect from you will only be used for the purpose of:
- Processing your order
- Keeping you in the loop regarding your order
- for fun legal reasons such as paying taxes
In order to provide these services, we will only share information with required service providers, such as WooCommerce and Stripe.
In the rare case that it ever happens, we will only share your information with certain law agencies, and only when required by law, such as:
- To respond to subpoenas, search warrants or any other lawful request we receive
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
